SPOOKY Soundview Storytime was scary good! It’s amazing to witness budding friendships as kids engage with #picturebooks. On Friday we read: COLIN’S CASTLE by Holly Swain, I AM NOT A VAMPIRE by Miles McKenna, AGGIE AND THE GHOST by Matthew Forsythe, & classic ROOM ON THE BROOM by Julia Donaldson.

If you’re looking for a slightly creepy #Halloween #picturebook, I recommend CREEPY PAIR OF UNDERWEAR! by Aaron Reynolds & Peter Brown. A fun & relatable story about what it means to be a Big Kid. The tension is perfect (that all-dark spread 👌🏼) & the ending is so satisfying!

MUCKY DUMPER ❤️s dumping–splat! The best part is the mess left in her bed, that snuggles her like a warm hug. But when she skips the 🛁, her bed gets stuck and–CRASH!–she can't even clean up the mess she’s made! If she wants to dump, Mucky must unstick that ick.
