How I know I'm getting back to speed on research: I just spent a day trying to figure out how I knew a certain story about Charles Wesley. Found the source today, now submitting ILL requests to sleuth how the source knew the story (no citation, naturally).

Truth! My wife's family lives near Blue Diamond country, which is very fertile CA soil w/ very little water that isn't piped in from 1000s of miles. Would pecans (any pronunciation) over amonds (regional pronunciation) any day.
