Lego Voyagers

Finished playing Lego Voyagers with one of my buddies.
I had a good time with them, and by the end Voyagers did hit me with some sweet feels. There were a couple of good puzzles too, with a lot of variety in using logic, physics, etc.
Definitely don’t sleep on this game, it’s very charming.

Thunderbolts (The New Avengers) 2025

I rewatched Thunderbolts last night, and I surprisingly came out liking it a lot more than when I saw it in theaters. Now it makes me more sad this movie wasn’t a bigger success.
I feel recent MCU movies lack compelling and focused character arcs, but this one is an exception and I love it for it.

I’ve been on a #Bionicle high again for the last week. I’ve got #BionicleDay on my mind, but I’ve also been watching tons of videos covering all the lore. There’s so much I never knew as a kid, and it feels like I’m revisiting the series all over again watching them
Oh and it got me buying some lol

With #BionicleDay almost here, I’ve been really wanting to draw some #Bionicle art.
Last time I drew anything Bionicle related was when I drew Tahu in the style of the Bionicle 2015 animated shorts. I remember feeling impressed with myself for how much effort I put into it at the time lol

I would’ve killed to have had some of these as a kid (although I did have that Spider-Man 3 playset growing up).
Funny to think about how many playsets Bionicle got. Something I wish they’d offer with other Lego themes besides mostly throwing minifigs in mechs or vehicles.

I really hope Trip continues to be present in future Sonic media. I love her design and personality, but I worry that Superstars’ performance and lack of impact might put her on the sidelines.
The only reason I feel SEGA keeps her around is because of recency and needing to sell more classic merch.

Gotcha. Yeah, I like this look a lot. Hopefully, I’ll get around to finding this one since I never got the original Gamer Edition release.

Man, the black is really doing it for me. It contrasts the red so nicely, but I’m also just a sucker for red and black.
Glancing at pics of this and the old figure, I think the black windows easily my preferred look.

Went to Lilac City Comic-Con today, and the more I think about it, my favorite surprise of the whole event was meeting Dev Madan (Art Director for Sly Cooper).
I not only Madan’s art, but he was very kind and nice to talk to as well! We had some fun conversations about Spider-Verse lol.

I can’t believe it, I got one!

I actually had a fun time waiting in line with my friend as we went to get one. Thankfully, nothing crazy happened during the whole trip. It was pretty light- hearted and everyone was excited! The store I went to also had a good amount of stock so it was stress-free.

Oh of all the times to get sick this quarter, it had to be on finals week.

Sonic Chip Collab Chaos, a massive collaboration album featuring chiptune remixes of songs from across the Sonic series, is out now on Bandcamp!!

This is the first draft of the “Sunny Swings” comic I had made. The major difference was keeping the structure similar across all four panels. No dynamic angles or shot variety. Although, I do like the simplicity of it!

This is the final draft I did for “Sunny Swings”, inked on some sketchbook paper! I later added the colors digitally after bringing it into Photoshop.

The comic I posted yesterday was part of a class assignment I had. But here’s the first draft on the left!
As much as I loved how the new one looks, I’m still happy with the simplicity of first draft.

Love the way you did the shading, it reminds me of something but I can’t think of it rn!

Just watched A Minecraft Movie.
Had a lot of fun and good laughs with this one, and both the CGI and props looked great. But truth be told, it did disappointed me in a couple ways. Mostly with the story and themes.
There was so much missed potential. All it needed was more focus and better pacing.
