yea no my issue with that was also on windows and on linux it was fine. its worth a shot imo but thats like ... the krita user in me talking lmao
it might be like actually a problem with ur install bc i had this too for a bit where krita was suddenly super slow and laggy with everything but then i uninstalled it and deleted all the related files except for like drawings ofc and reinstalled it and then it was fine. krita should be pretty fast.
