16.02.2026 04:17 β π 12 π 3 π¬ 0 π 0She also would have explained that she was staying at a hotel because she had been receiving death threats as a result of top officials in the government denouncing her in the media, and because she was trying to be in a location where she could facilitate her self-surrender at the federal court several blocks away. As previously explained, the government through United States Attorney Daniel Rosen himself refused to allow Ms. Levy Armstrong to self-surrender at the courthouse but instead insisted on arresting her at the hotel where one of the arresting agents video recorded her arrest on his cell phone. Despite the agent promising that the video would not be on Twiiter, a photo of her being arrested was placed on DHS Secretary Kristi Noem's Twitter Feed, and then digitally altered to portray Ms. Levy Armstrong in a false and derogatory light and published on the White House Twitter feed.
Civil rights lawyer Nekima Levy Armstrong's latest brief reveals the backstory of her arrest in a footnote. Feds refused to let her self-surrender, taped her arrest at a hotel, and broke a promise not to post it on social media, she says.
The White House then digitally altered it to smear her.

05.02.2026 19:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The only response here is a motion to enjoin the whole operation
If the government's position is "I'm sorry your honor but we don't be the capacity to both respect constitutional rights and conduct the operation as it is currently being conducted" the answer is "then you must stop the operation"
I testified Friday on the history of CBP and ICE's corruption and training problems. It's so much worse than you think.
The population of CBP officers/agents arrested THEMSELVES since 2005 would be America's 4th largest police deptβlarger than the Philly PD. www.doomsdayscenario.co/p/accountabi...
Our organized outrage is working β but we cannot let up now and allow Democrats to settle for empty reforms. To secure real restrictions on ICE and CBP that will actually protect our communities, we need to keep up the pressure on Congress.

Even doing a little bit is fucking taxing. Everyone doing more is a superhero, and I don't think folks who haven't been involved in an occupation understand the toll.

I am hearing that RFK Jr.βs minions are going to go after HPV vaccines. Iβve got problems with these people and now youβre going to hear about them, first from a personal perspective and then from a professional one.
It all boils down to this: WE HAVE A SAFE VACCINE THAT PREVENTS CANCER.
Meanwhile the U.S. government just shed **10,000*** STEM PhDs from the federal workforce in a single year.

Maybe you blocked/deleted comments calling him a coward, but I just read all of the comments on your post here and saw exactly 1 calling him a coward. The rest were all praising him. And the person who called him a coward got a thoughtful response asking them to think again. Not exactly a flood...
27.01.2026 20:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0A beautiful tribute to Minnesota:
"The secret fear of the morally depraved is that virtue is actually common, and that theyβre the ones who are alone. In Minnesota, all of the ideological cornerstones of MAGA have been proved false at once."
Republicans are bewildered because they grew too accustomed to getting away with it. They internalized a politics that sought to beat us down an inch more each day, to overwhelm us & insulate them.
As reality pierces through for the first time, they hope you see Bovino & Noem as enough.
Itβs not.
Reminder that, as of the latest reports, Liam Ramos is still in prison in Texas - now for 5 days.
His parents are legal asylum seekers with no criminal record.
There's been a lot of discussion about the echoes of the civil rights movement in the protests today, with people obviously drawing comparisons between the strategies, tactics and coalitions that were vital then and are still vital now.
But this post has me thinking about a different echo ...
This isn't about "training issues." The murderer who executed Renee Good has been with ICE for 10 years, and according to DHS, the murderer who executed Alex Pretti has been there for 8 years.
These aren't "new recruits," or officers that can be "retrained." ICE can't be reformed. Abolish ICE.
Tide might be turning. Keep pushing. Keep calling, donating, protesting, all of it. Donβt stop, especially if Trump starts throwing them overboard. Donβt stop until theyβre all gone
26.01.2026 21:34 β π 1266 π 170 π¬ 7 π 9The administration is "deeply frustrated"? To my mind, Noem/Bovino carried out what the White House wanted (see statements from Miller absolving ICE and smearing Good and Pretti), and now that its backfired, they are being used by Trump as scapegoats to absolve the WH of accountability.
Dont forget.
2. Amazon powers much of the technological infrastructure that the Trump administration uses to target immigrants.
Amazon hosts the ICM database used by ICE which "integrates a vast ecosystem of public and private data to track down immigrants"
I am just gonna say it, these guys are completely emasculated by the knowledge that they have been out-organized by a group that is significantly made up of women, and all the bullshit call of duty nonsense is cope for their wounded egos bsky.app/profile/jeet...
