Today is a good day in PDX. Overcast skies have cooled the summer heat (sadly also a bit muggy). A diner I wanted to check out is conveniently located right behind the Central Library, so I managed to pick up my new card AND get some work done. Happy read... uh, Friday!

Still trying to get thru "The Demon of Unrest." I love Larson and I'm enjoying the book, but can't stick with it for some reason. I'll get there. Also reading "The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty" by Anne Rice (phew lordy), and listening to "The Four Winds" by Hannah (Grapes of Wrath-esc... loving it).

Please!!! Do it!!! It's exhausting reading the same reviews of the same books over and over. Write about what you are reading so that we can all gain some new books for our TBRs. πππ Please! I'm begging of you. (Like I need more books for my TBR ... but whatever, not the point.)
