24.07.2025 20:01 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0What are your thoughts? Hereโs one: candidates should be informed of the reasons for their rejection. Something specific they can work on instead on going mad trying to work out why they werenโt selected. No chickening out by saying- lots of applications, can tell you why you werenโt good enough.

Controversial human rights issuesโabortion, surrogacy, queer rts, etc., spark passionate religious and cultural debates. How do they shape court decisions in secular democracies? I explore this in my upcoming book, With God as Our Witness, and I enjoyed debating it at NLSIU. Thank you! #law #lawsky

14.12.2024 19:42 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Sometimes, but only sometimes, two wrongs can make a right. Based on an erroneous definition of transgender in a prior case, which was then codified, the Kerala High Court has found that intersex children cannot be subjected to surgeries based on parental consent alone.
