Die Mehrwertsteuersenkung auf Lebensmittel wird oft als Umverteilung nach oben verteufelt - das stimmt so nicht. In Relation zum Einkommen profitieren die unteren Einkommensgruppen deutlich stärker. Für die ärmsten 20% ist es eine spürbare Entlastung.
