Muy buenas reflexiones, Félix. Gracias por compartirlas. Me quedo con esta frase: "La rueda que más chirría es la que se lleva el aceite." Muchas veces ponemos foco en las personas que no funcionan, y nos olvidamos de las que necesitan ayuda. Que a veces no son las mismas.

La frase hace parecer que ese cambio es muy fácil, que no lo es, pero también tiene su reverso: no puedes (o es extremadamente difícil) hacer una mejora en un entorno que no esté listo para que ese cambio ocurra. La resistencia del sistema acabará con toda la energía que pongas en el cambio.
