Part of the problem is that as Oscilio players are improving, that disruption seems to be mattering less. Arcane compliance has been bait, Amulet of Echoes buys maybe a turn in most matchups, most generic 2 for 6s have a 50/50 of mattering. You still have a dps check to meet on top of disruption

Hating the high rolls is real, it's just even hard to get people to practice matchups, actually hurting armory attendance, etc.
I just like my silly tempo hero with tons of decision making

I think the current summary I have is

People hate playing against oscilio because they don't have agency.
Drawing the proper disruption and damage output does not actually feel like agency.

I probably have enough eu/sea friends to ask now, but I think it's mostly getting back from armories, having a room mate that's asleep, most of my friends going to bed, it's hard to feel motivated to hop on a call and play 😅 but the only answer is to just get over it I guess

Anybody have advice for pushing to reach out for practice? Or for making time?
I have like 10pm-midnight & 3am-6am on days off
And I'm usually resting between armory and gym then resting after gym.
So no real practice ever happens, just talishar grind as a mobile game
But I wanna do more 😩

Got to the gym, realized I forgot my earbuds, and DIDNT immediately go home, that's called dedication 😤

And not "break" as if I'm doing anything special, just going about the "12-15 value per 4 cards" through some means (like high octane or lightning greaves)

There's something about navigating toward this combo end state, especially within the mechanics of fab, that really gets the gears going. Setting up states that allow you to break the limits of the game and (as much as I complain) figuring out how to do it through disruption/Aggression is so sick

Played an LL skirmish with all the world's hype and got/bought my 2nd/3rd cerebellum. Playing DIO feels disgusting. I'm definitely a combo player and I don't think I've attempted to deny it for a while lol.
