I absolutely agree with you it’s better to learn foundational skills first. What I’m saying is, they’re going to use AI regardless. Children eat candy even when you tell them it’s not good for them.

In summary: “Kids, don’t use AI cuz you won’t learn good.” In reality, whole HR departments are being replaced by AI. Students will definitely use AI and if they don’t, they will fall behind students who do.
