I am very proud of you. There is no weakness to asking for help. It takes a lot of strength. I'm also in therapy. Everyone should consider it at some point, if for nothing else than to get an outside opinion.

I grew up in motorsports. Spectators, crews, and media are told never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, EVER stand in front of a moving car. Never mind the idea of throwing yourself in front of one, and trying to get inside the drivers seat, like so many cops often do. This is a cop problem.
