For me it depends hugely on stress levels at the time. If I’m relaxed, managing well then I can eat all sorts and am open to trying new foods, if I’m struggling it becomes much more restrictive, and if I’m really struggling it’s the same every day!

I love how my Pepsi cat is currently following me everywhere… I’ve been working in the loft most of the day, with her by my side (on me if I was on a call with anyone because if I’m talking, obviously it’s to her!) but lunch in the garden and now at the end of the day, she joins me too. So sweet.

I don’t understand it but it’s always the way… and I don’t even take my time packing carefully (unlike my daughter who is AMAZING when it comes to packing!!!)

We didn’t sleep well while away either, had to choose between being too hot or opening the window to a very noisy road and trams… and typically then forgot how to sleep once home 🤦‍♀️ #MadSkyChat

Love this! Always!! I took an expanding suitcase to France last week knowing I would want to buy things to bring back, and still struggled to close it 😂😂😂

Lille was incredible thanks, it was 4 nights away with my teenage daughter. Just happened to coincide with the launch of Lille 3000 Fiesta so there was an amazing huge parade through the city last night too! We did some WW1 history too with a day trip to Arras!

I’m attempting the trains today too… an hour delay on Eurostar back from Lille and now on a delayed train up from London too! Trains are never good on a Sunday…

It was awful, they ended up putting me on 1:1 as I was so distressed and they then considered me a flight risk. No one should have to wait days in A&E.

I spent 7 nights in A&E a few years ago waiting for a MH bed, they said if they moved me to a ward the wait would have been even longer as it would have moved me down the priority list! A doctor gave me an eye mask and play doh, I was so grateful!!!
