Idk, maybe I shouldn’t say anything cause this isn’t my job but I don’t think you need to feel bad for having cool stuff going on in your life and needing to take the occasional extra day off. Going from one day off a week to two days off a week is totally reasonable!

I got sick of having to constantly offload my pictures and videos from my phone to my PC and I also missed being able to look at old photos from trips so I switched to automatically syncing to the cloud and it’s been such a big QoL improvement (plus peace of mind if I lose my phone)

If it’s only happening at night, maybe your lids aren’t completely shut tight while you sleep and that little exposed section is getting constantly dried out. I’ve had a similar issue for a few years 😭 so this is just my understanding from talking to my ophthalmologist

It’s counterintuitive but this can be a dry eye symptom. Your eyes are protected by a tear layer and there’s a film of oil that prevents the tear layer from evaporating. If not enough oil is produced or something is breaking up that layer and letting tears evaporate, you’ll produce more tears.
