Those moments are awesome! It's just kind of trippy to realize how subtle the change feels.

The problem with slow and steady weight loss is it doesn't feel real. The graphs on my tracker show it, logically I know it's happening, looking at comparables I've lost about two cinder blocks, or one Dalmatian, or about a third of a Kangaroo even, but my brain doesn't grok the change. It's weird.

I feel like it would be less embarrassing to have the content warning communicated in the syllabus with a reminder given the class before, so that one could elect to skip that particular day rather than be seen to walk out.

I got this in a multi pack of Korean rice cakes and because of that I have no idea what the actual name for the specific one would be, which is a tragedy because it is officially the best one ever. The filling tastes of sweet white bean paste with notes of cinnamon and chunks of walnut. 10,000/10

Ok, that seems thick for a tack...

Whelp, that could have gone poorly! An inch long rusty nail sits in front of a sneaker and the head of a hammer. The nail appears rusty and about an inch long

I checked the bottom of my sneakers and found what I thought was a tack but couldn't quite pull it out by hand, so I used the back of a hammer. I am definitely lucky that it chose to go into a thick part of the sole at an angle, because that is a lot more than just a tack!
