today are IMO the start of more announcements from large employers esp in the retail and hospitality sectors I shared my thoughts with the bbc news earlier - the changes in morrisons people team shows we are in a workplace revolution
Anyone who went Xmas shopping in December either on line or in real life shops will be shaking their heads at all of this. I haven't seen the West End as busy in years and nearly all the grocers have turned in great numbers.

They do seem to have taken some shops I hear - totally agree about DIY on line but it creates a great sub brand in the range and an opp for new space too
