Octopath Traveler 0: The Kotaku Review - Kotaku A mobile spin-off transforms into the best game in the RPG series

My final(?) bit of writing for the year and in an interesting twist of fate it's at Kotaku! I reviewed Octopath Traveler 0.

I truly loved this game and it gave me a great deal to this about re: earnest story-telling and giving oneself permission *to love* something.

Was super stoked to write two essays for Stop Caring! Also while the first one dipped into the personal essay, I kept myself distant from this one, but still did my favorite things of looking at mechanics and theme.
