I need to up my iron intake so I bought a small pack of spinach as an expirement. My goal is to incorporate it into as many dishes as possible. Scrambled some in my eggs this morning, cut some up to add to my stew for lunch. Gonna see how I feel overtime.

- took me 2 hrs but ended up doing an everything shower. It was absolutely worth it! Hair loss was quite bad so I trimmed off about 2 inches of hair all around.

- Hair wash day. Took the braids out yesterday so time for a good wash and then a trim.
- clean kitchen top to bottom: clean fridge, take out recycling, the whole nines.
- vaccum
- post plants on free local plant group
- vision board a Q1 calendar setup
