Help! I made a fried shrimp po boy for dinner and then I ate the fried shrimp po boy and now my tummy is too full and I’m sleepy!

(Kid enjoyed their shrimp, so that was nice. Partner’s under the weather, so I roasted a salmon fillet for them)
