New medieval horror short comic (part 1) is up! This one was a blast to make - I did a deep dive on medieval bestiaries and Christos Pittas did a masterful job of bringing some of that design language to the first couple of pages.

I've read @limitbreakcomics.bsky.social's Wish Upon a Star today — what a fine comics anthology they've put together, I feel so honored to be a part of it! It was fun to guess which fairy tale each story was based on, some takes were very creative and unique! Great art all around, too 🙂

Large purple lettering that’s slightly weathered with pointed edges reads: Sunken Kingdom. Above said title are the last names of the creators: Tappan, Nieto, Peixoto, Birch. Below the title is an underwater knight in silver armor, wielding a sword that reflects light at the top. A cape billows as two small sharks swim around the knight.
