well, to me it sounds like a commentary on what's going on in the world, either as a made up by you or a idiom that I never heard before - either way, a fun one. So that's my excuse for a like :)
guessing this is a take on the fundraising emails promising an all expenses trip to Mar-a-lago, with dinner with him, the whole nine.... and yet some covering him would say we never hear of anyone actually winning these things. Same deal with this made up membership, I'm sure.
I definitely agree with that statement, given mine sure as hell was this year... though disappointing isn't strong enough of a word...
besides, that's the nature of sports - records will always be broken; can't stop it, and can't choose who you rather do it or not.

hypothetically, actually running things (at least a lot the day to day stuff a president does), since Trump doesn't. But I'm not really sure. I always thought Pence did that kind of thing, but nowadays, if we don't just have one person (Vance), then we have many (all cabinet leaders).

while yes, he lies about everything, he does most especially lies about things he does or happens because of him... always the two year old that breaks the lamp, but no, didn't do it, even though I'm holding it in my hand kind of thing. And he still does it because they won't do anything about it.

geez, as long as there have been people there have been games - even King Tut's tomb had a board game, they sure didn't seem to have a problem with it. Some are just so annoyingly stupid.
not what Anakin meant of course, but as soon as I saw the pic, my immediate thought was, dang Stinky, how far we've come! LOL Definitely grew up, didn't he? LOL
yeah, I think they roughly came out the same time... P&P&Z was first a book and it got crazy popular, so yeah, the movie was inevitable (I read all of the original Jane Austen, never did try this one myself). Not sure if Abe's started as a book though.
hypothetically, since he's going with the so-called by him "Venezuela model", plucking the leader out but leaving everyone else in...but then, they could just be trying to play a cute legal game to avoid whatever issues they might be trying to avoid (like war vs no, this isn't a war thing)
and last I checked, but hey, being a life long Star Wars fan, I could have gotten wrong... but while Kylo Ren/Ben Solo redeems himself at the end, it is definitely not when he is yelling more - he's trying to kill his mother (Leia) and the other rebels with her.

definitely - as long as you don't get distracted and forget ;)
ah, well, I never saw Russia House, and it's been so very many years since Never Say Never Again... so yeah, I guess it's more then I just don't remember him! LOL
have to look up Klaus because I don't think I know of him, but just can't picture anyone else in that role, no way...
definitely feel old now...

I quickly googled it and the first site to pop up is one of the 8 museums getting the documents, and says what it includes: mohai.org/exhibits/fre...
she really said that somewhere? For real? That seems really out there, even for this bunch... now, if she went with that Gili or whatever that Jennifer Lopez and I guess Ben Affleck movie was, okay, that's kind of believable... but Star Wars? Really???
