This is a very good RPG, folks. The music is nice too. Play it when you get the time. It’s well worth it!😌

It was over a 12V rail with a 100R to probably achieve a 5.1V reference voltage. It was generating so much heat that I thought something was wrong about it, but really, nothing was wrong now that I think about it.

What I did wrong was to replace that resistor with a piece of wire🤡

Not easy anymore since I've fried it by accident🤪

Receiver popped and entered protector mode while turning on. Turned it on again shortly after and everything seemed fine. It's either on its way out or the CRT that just happened to be degaussing next to one of the surround speakers triggered the internal protection🤡

Mine came with that. You need to find the bag of accessories that came with it🫠

More fiddling with the card.

With the 12cm helper fan, it idles at 42°C and maxed out at 54°C with the fur cube.

If I remove the fan, idle temp slowly creeps up to 54°C👀 I wouldn’t even wanna stress the card now since it’s definitely gonna cross 60°C and start deforming PLA🫠

The stock cooler runs the card at over 70°C and called it fine. I think that’s just laziness and failed design🤡

I noticed something wrong with both of my running CRTs - they started having foggy deposits on the screen every day. Turns out that was calcium deposit my ultrasonic humidifiers produced from tap water, and I've been polluting the air inside my house these few days👀

I've had my recent share of bad lucks, but at least this expensive gamble worked out🫠

I even dumped the BIOS and it was verified. Not sure how or why the fan is not working in it's intended behavior. Could be the NMOS or the chip itself, which is unobtainable at this point.

This card also runs super hot with only the two fans on there. But it seems a little bit of external help can drop its temperature by a lot🤔

This card is weird. Might even be broken on the fan control.

This card uses a F7573S for fan control. However mine doesn’t turn the fan on. The output pin only has around 1.6V, no matter what % I set it to in ATITool.

I had to bridge the fan to 12V to force it to spin🫠
