He waves his hand, looking along his tattoos as slowly, one Lilly grew from it, then another... and another, before he hands her a small bouquet of likes.
"Here we are."
The man gave a soft broken laugh, raising his hands to show no ill intentionally, his sparrow chirping in his shoulder.
"Wicked yes, enemy? No."
He states, looking to the other with his tired eyes.
"Heard another magic user was in town and I got curious....William Smitherson."
He gave a nod, and ran a hand through disheveled hair.
"Right...maybe I can make it up to you? Do you like flowers?"
"Oh un....William, William smitherson."
He stated, giving a small wave, before coughing softly into his arm, and wrapping his coat around him a bit more.

He walks to the counter a short time later, hair pulled into a pony tail.
