If it's the film, it's probably my favourite. Diana Rigg steals the show, and the theme music is stirring imo

I don't resent poor people who use food stamps to buy another soft drink.

I resent rich people who take away the funds for food stamps to buy another yacht.

Tragic. How sad some people are willing to abandon humanity, but has always been the way for a certain sort of people. I wish your man good fortune, hope he is okay.

Isn't "hardcore" a builders' term for rubble and what have you, that gets buried under foundations and covered in concrete?

Studying a second language is so important. I know it may be trite to mention, but I am always embarrassed to be from the UK when in Europe and the folk are bilingual, indulging in my clumsy attempts to speak (eg) Spanish or French. I wish I'd have paid more attention at school.

"Hallowe'en" was originally the Celtic fire festival of Samhain, celebrated by our ancestors in Ancient Briton, Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man, until the church stepped in to make it "All Souls' Day". But customs linger...

I was glad to get out of it tbh, but nearly 20 years later still know the PHQ(9) questions off by heart, and remember some of the curved balls I was thrown

I did a year, 2006 - 2007. I had training in CBT, but to be honest, I never used it. As you will know, just having someone to listen and taking note to is often more useful than doing a Becks Depression Inventory etc

I remember those days. I was a primary care mental health nurse. I thought, even then (2006) that computerised CBT was a dismal treatment option. As for CBT, with the best will in the world, the fantasy of 6-12 structured face to face sessions went out of the window with burgeoning waiting lists

We went for a holiday last year. Drivers courteous to pedestrians, friendly locals, great tourist attractions, long story, but we loved the place.

She curls up in a ball on top of the smallest of spaces to sleep. Why she doesn't use the plush cat bed we bought her is a mystery. Silly Old Cat.
