I think it would not be so bad to be only a child forever. only ever Innocent. to know nothing of Need. u would not know of ur loss. but to lose suffering? NVR. to resent suffering is a child’s mistake. like a Rembrandt painting, my life is made vibrant for all its many shades of black

I think effective weight loss/gain is about having control of other variables in ur life that influence how eat. I think it is easy in a vacuum, but life doesn’t always happen according to ur own schedule
