Also it's good to know even when half asleep I can still competently assess, clean and treat an injury and apply a decent dressing to it 😀
5am last night I managed to trip up the stairs. Now this normally involves a small bruise, a bit of soreness, and a heap of embaressment at being clumsy.
Not last night. Last night it involved ripping the skin off the bottom of my big toe on the rough carpet.
In short though: Ow! Mah Toe hurts!
Went for a 9mile walk earlier this week. Took some pics. They don't look too bad.
