That meeting still haven't happened. And I still haven't gotten any help. Sorry for the rant, but sometimes I just feel forgotten and that the system doesn't give two fucks that you're unable to function in this society. But I'm hopeful to some degree that someday I'll receive the help I need

Despite this, they just left it all in my lap, being promised help but then to just leave all that shit for me to handle. It took me three years to get my diagnosis, another 1 year to even get a meeting settled with the people I need to be in contact with so I can get help in my day to day life

Some days are of course, better than others.
But it baffles me how it was clearly stated that I'm not capable to "handle" certain situations, such as calling people, fix meetings or even pick up the phone. I can't even care for myself properly most of the time, like eating etc.

I've had my autism diagnosis for a good few years now. I believed that getting my diagnosis would assist me, help me with my day to day struggles, so I actually can function to some degree without having meltdowns or feel major anxiety in places I don't wanna be.
