Treated myself to a family meal of fries, burgers, soda and milkshakes. Bloated myself bigger than I ever had before. Finally pushed myself up to 160kg with a 12-hour stuffing session to make sure I was always full.

In spite of the tightness in my stomach and the heft, I find myself wanting more.

Legitimately a core memory, one for the history books.

Had to sit down to rest my back, gut's so heavy it's like I'm carrying the weight of the world.

The only thing you owe is to look after yourself. We understand and that can all wait for when you're ready.
