We are also having the biggest ladybug invasion I have seen in over two decades here. They are everywhere. I used the leaf blower to clear a dozen from around the sliding door. And there were a half dozen that still got inside.

Went to Michigan last weekend & hit Penzey’s to re-up dried peppers: Ancho, Guajilo, Arbol, Cascabel.

Boiled them, strained (save liquid), seeded and blended into a slurry. Will add after meat is browned & tomato’s & paste.

Last day… make it count. Test driving a new cultivar batch of gummies, might as well have margs at 11 AM too. (Don’t judge, it’s the last last day)
