Oh yes absolutely. I’d washed it with jeans and I thought they would balance it but no. After a week in time out it was still damp so I gave up and washed it again
Very windy here too. Thankfully the rain held off until Archie and I got home
I had a bath mat that refused to spin the other day. I left it on the edge of the bath to think about its behaviour then put it through again with the dog’s bedding. This time it behaved and spun properly 😂

Wasted a sunny day travelling to the office and getting stuck in traffic on the way home. Got out with Archie at dusk and he was very excited to find a real live (and very handsome) pheasant in the field in front of the terrace.

Today I wore a fat face cardi, white stuff tshirt (brand new when I bought it, it still had the label in it!), M&S jeans and Joseph Siebel shoes. And then an older pair of jeans and a fat face coat to walk Archie. All from various charity shops
Less effective when it’s an office day and you can’t even see it out of the window. Still, the forecast looks ok for the weekend at the moment 🤞

Morning Sue. Office day today but my boss is on holiday so hopefully not too stressful. The supply is turned off to the loo so it’s not leaking but we can’t use it either which is a bit inconvenient, especially in the mornings! Need to chase the plumber again today.

Open fires are definitely messier than wood burners. And it’s black soot not light coloured wood ash. But tbh anything that burns solid fuel is messy
