Why is it all the discourse starts around both Anthrocon and MFF season? Just something I've noticed, it's like clockwork at this point.

If it wasn't for friends picking me up and dusting me off after the cheating breakup, I'd have no idea where the hell I'd be right now since that felt like finale to a horrible year and felt like finally giving up.

This year has felt like I've been in a losing boxing match where the ref should have stopped the match about 9 rounds ago. Arguments, fights, frustration, gaslit, cheated on, ending this year with a bait and switched job and single again.

I hope the couple days I have at MFF is the break I need
