After taking time to reflect, I’ve concluded this campaign. We ran policy over party, outside the two-party machine, and generated 181,000+ views built on ideas, not labels. Deep gratitude to everyone who stood with this message. The work continues — just in a different capacity.
Whether you’re represented by Democrats or Republicans, it’s extra important for your Members of Congress to hear from you right now.
Urge your elected officials to use every lever in their toolbox to put an immediate stop to Trump’s illegal war with Iran.
For decades, the same issues—housing, health care, affordability—have gone unaddressed while voters choose between party labels. Changing team colors won’t fix established patterns. In 2026, it’s time to vote on policies and solutions—not letters next to a name.
Anthony DeRibas for Congress (FL-16). Endorsed by Presidential Candidate Michael Yosef. We’re building an Independent coalition to break the two-party hold and put people first. Focused on housing, wages, healthcare, infrastructure, and protecting public services. Domestic first. Votes Not Boats!
Join us March 10th at the Plant City Candidates Mixer! Meet local candidates, share what matters to you, and connect with neighbors who care about our district’s future. Community conversations lead to real solutions. Come out, be heard, and be part of the movement.
New apartments are going up everywhere, but who can actually afford to live in them? With rents likely starting around $1,700–$2,000 a month, plus deposits, credit checks, and everyday expenses, working people are being priced out before they even turn the key. This is the reality for many families!
The SAVE Act forces citizens to register in person, track down birth certificates or passports, take time off work, find childcare, and drive hours just to get on the rolls. Trump’s own commission didn’t find fraud.
MAGA just wants fewer voters🤬🤬🤬

Over 1,000 new apartments going up behind us and up the road. Rents likely starting around $1,700–$2,000 before lights, food, gas, insurance, or taxes. Who exactly can afford that on local wages? This is the reality working people in our district are facing every day.
Grateful for the opportunity to speak with Luces y Sombras Migrantes and share our story, policy ideas, and commitment to unity beyond party lines. Conversations like this help us reach more people, listen, and grow together. Thank you for the warm welcome and continued support.
Grateful to LucesySombrasMigrantes for the opportunity to sit down and talk about livable wages, working-class realities, and real solutions. It was an honest, powerful conversation and we appreciate the platform to reach more voices across our community and beyond.
BREAKING: on this Super Bowl Sunday, Epstein Survivors have just released this PSA:
“Stand with us. Tell Attorney General Pam Bondi IT’S TIME FOR THE TRUTH”
Please share everywhere!
Party labels and team colors can wait. Right now, real people in our district are struggling with wages, housing, and stability. This campaign is about removing the barriers standing in the way and focusing on solutions that help everyday lives across FL-16 and beyond.
Party labels and letters shouldn’t be walls blocking progress. We’re speaking directly telling us they want real solutions, not team jerseys. Let’s move past red vs blue and focus on people, wages, housing, and security. FL-16 deserves action now.

35 years, same issues, same arguments, same outcomes. When we vote by party labels instead of solutions, nothing changes. This campaign is about breaking that cycle and focusing on real problems people live every day. FL-16 deserves results, not team politics.
Grateful to join Our Plugs for a great interview and conversation about real issues facing our district. Thank you to the hosts for the invitation and the opportunity to speak directly to the community. Check out their podcast and radio station—everyone there is doing important work.
“If full-time work can’t pay rent, the problem isn’t workers—it’s policy. While wages stay suppressed and housing costs soar, we’re told to fight red vs blue. We’re done with that distraction. It’s time to raise wages to match reality and hold corporations, landlords, and government accountable.”
“While they keep us fighting red vs blue, wages stay suppressed and rents keep rising. $20/hour doesn’t cover rent anywhere in America. That’s not sustainable—it’s deliberate. Maybe it’s time we stop fighting each other and put the pressure back on corporations, landlords, and government.
Berry nice indeed. #dog #fail #beaglier
Florida’s weather isn’t “normal” anymore — and we’re all feeling it. Repeated cold snaps, 20+ degree swings, stronger winds. This is climate change happening here and now in FL-16. Policy over party. I’m Anthony DeRibas, running for Congress in Hillsborough & Manatee County.

Florida’s 16th District deserves accountability, not autopilot politics. Working families need livable wages, affordable housing, and real healthcare—not party labels. This is about people over power and finally giving FL-16 a voice that shows up.
Our campaign is about taking money out of politics and putting people back in charge. Open-source candidates don’t wait for permission from parties or donors—we act now. This is about unity, accountability, and real change for working people in our district.
Money out. People in. Open-source candidates reject donor politics and put working people first
