I believe my reason for doing this was because I felt that I was going to be a burden to my parents for showing my "weaknesses". As a small side not, my parents' relation to each other was "shaky", if you'd call it that.

At the habilition, we have figured out that I mask very well. As I have, during my first meetings, been very vague about my problems, which I was not aware of during that time.

I realised that I "like" to not make my problems seem like a big deal. I have been doing this since I was a child

Getting to terms with my autism as a late diagnosed adult has been rough, but I have been doing better as of recent.

Understanding when I have been overdoing it, needing rest, and how I effectively rest.

Seemingly, I am a really anxious and sensitive person.
