Your field macro shooting is amazing.
Looking at upgrading from Nikon DSLR to Z mount for macro and nature.
Is the z6 or z7 a better option? 8-9 are a tad pricey.

It's necessary work to encourage good growth and take out diseased #trees etc. #biodiversity is increasing every year now despite what some say about planted #forests😀
I see you're still rocking it Jamie👍
Saw my first one in the snows of '82 when I was a lad. It was trying to find some food on a bale of hay by the stable. I still remember the excitement I felt and how I pitied it's plight. Beautiful bird, thanks for sharing.
It is Ireland after all. The whole country is like big a PR job.
Climate emergency? Biodiversity emergency? Housing?
Missed targets and green washing is all I see.
A string of lovely fresh Clouded funnell #mushrooms Clitocybe nebularisI believe for #fungifriends growing under some Spruce.

My father told me once one of the cows had a two headed calf before I was born. Born by cesarean it died or course. Crazy how things turn up in your feed that bring you right back sometimes Margaret👍
Looking like a group of Bearded milkcap #mushrooms growing under some ornamental Birch.
Suddenly there are #mushrooms everywhere. The tiny worlds are back for #fungifriday
