CTA trains seemed ok, my experience with red and brown was there was a train ~5 - 10 min. Tried to take UP-N down and this is what every car looked like at Peterson/Ridge and I don't think there was another for an hour? So that kinda sucked cause the train was already delayed by like 10 min.

Me and a movement partner sitting in front of AIPAC's office door, which is notably non-descript. My sign says AIPAC out of Illinois, Eli's days $15.8 million in AIPAC corruption. We are both chanting. Me and five of my movement partners at our sit-in at AIPAC's offices. There are five of us seated on the floor behind our banner that says AIPAC out of IL. I'm holding a small yellow sign that says AIPAC out of Illinois and my comrade is holding a sign that says $15.8 million in AIPAC corruption. We are being confronted by a police officer who is standing in front of us wearing a full tactical vest. My arrest photo. I am being perp walked down the hallway and you can see my t-shirt says Voters Over Billionaires. Me being pushed into a police SUV by four cops. The back of my t-shirt says No AIPAC, No War

On Thursday a few of my movement friends and I participated in a direct action outside AIPAC's office. They've spent over $20 million in Illinois' Democratic primary this cycle, mostly distributing their money through shell PACs.

Our democracy is not for sale!

1755 Oil painting by William Hogarth, entitled An Election IV. Chaotic scene on a small town English street, with victorious be-wigged candidate being carried in a chair while violence swirls around him, including English nun-chucks being used against a man with a peg-leg who’s wielding a club. A sow and piglets run away from the people. There are also amused bystanders, a fainting lady, a monkey riding a bear being urinated on, and a fiddler. Just like Jarvis Square on a Saturday night.

The vibe in IL9 right now.

My last 3-4 days of what was probably Norovirus are a good reminder to support your local water purification infrastructure because I'm pretty sure the government is fine with us getting cholera and you don't want that

Looking through the stone archway that connects the Loyola University Information Commons building and the Madonna Della Strada Chapel on their campus in Rogers Park. Through the arches, the bright blue waters of Lake Michigan can be seen along with the even brighter blue sky. Shadows from the bare winter trees behind me are cast onto the arches as the sun begins to set to the west. A handful of college students sit on the concrete sea wall next to the lake and enjoy the views.

On Monday, it was 70 degrees and everyone was outside enjoying the spring of deception in Rogers Park. Today it is snowing like crazy in my neighborhood.
