The new #pedestrian bridge in Clearwater is so utterly performative and effectively useless. It's basically a half mile from any intersection and connects two business/government plazas across a 6 lane (and expanding...?) #stroad. No one is walking here willingly.

Y'know, if a podcast name is predicated on a release schedule, like (made-up) "Media Tuesdays" ... it really annoys me when they're releasing additional episodes outside of that schedule.

... especially since I follow the podcast in part _because_ of the infrequent, regular, release schedule.

I am so over the betting/lottery/gambling industry exploiting the poor with fewer and fewer regulations. Bring back restrictions, block these businesses from taking advantage of the desperate.

“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” has become a super fun question to field. My friend, I can’t tell you where I see myself in 1 year let alone 5.

_clearly_ we don't value human life. We value convenience and capitalist greed. If we cared about human life, we'd have social welfare programs, universal healthcare, etc, in the United States.

I've been seeing way too many people increasingly ignoring road rules. Selfishness will be the end of us.

The fact of the matter is: we already have concentration camps. The El Salvador prison that #Trump has sent individuals to. Individuals... humans... citizens... our neighbors and friends... who will (very likely) never come back... who may already be dead.

Fucking appalling.

A lack of frequency increases the pressure to deliver quality I have this story in my head, that the longer I go without writing a note here, the better that note has to be when I do eventually come back and post again.

The worst part about text spamming that even if they get your name right... there's zero reason why I should trust that it isn't spam. You need to give me more information about who you are, why you're asking... before I bother responding anymore.

I honestly can’t think of anything for myself but I know my wife would say Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down and literally anything by Alice In Chains, and so I’ve been acutely aware of those songs now too.
