This is the old man hill I will die on.

Being ADD is doing a solid days work of cleaning my house, smiling to myself as I head to bed... Only to discover my bed has no sheets on it, and the clean sheets didn't dry fully in the dryer.

This year I made the resolution to lose weight and I think we can all agree dropping 42 lbs is a success. 230lbs on the left. 188 on the right.

Yesterday I reached the point of my body telling me "rest or I'll make you rest". Not fully recovered this morning, but definitely an improvement.

These last few days have been weird. I've been having some trouble sleeping and my appetite has been super low. Hopefully things normalize shortly.

Participated in my first #Tetrio tournament today. Got bodied pretty hard. I think I still have a lot to learn in terms of high level Tetris gameplay.

On the other side of things I hit a new milestone today, We weighed in at 188.5lbs. Breaking through the 190 barrier. Let's keep working hard.

A new Tetris game dropped on Tuesday and I still haven't played it. That's out of character.

How do you like this app? I've been losing weight, but haven't really started seriously weight training. I'm a bit worried because it's super easy for me to overdo it and injure myself.

Eat. Work. Breathe. Exercise.

Breakfast: 100cal fruit puree

Lunch: Ground Chicken Chili, salad, and a piece of fruit.
