In my time playing CEDH events I've only seen it once. I think with how close our community currently is in the UK, it's not something that's recommended if you want to play in more events.

I think the tournament rule should prevent that. i know in the UK we try to have solid rules to prevent any plays like that but understand some situations are more grey than others
