I think the browser extension would work on your phone, but I haven't tested it. You would just need to install it as an extension on Chrome or Firefox, then run it.

It worked for me, but when I switched browser tabs it stopped finding any new users and I had to start it over. When it says, "Scanning 𝕏 users to find bsky users", if you leave that tab active and wait until it finishes, then you shouldn't have any issues.
