Fans there are more engaged and curious. There’s no comparison on the money. Bandcamp v Spotify kinda separates the avid listeners (and collectors) from the casual.

Thanks - was just taking a spin thru your bandcamp, too. This is some of my fav stuff I’ve heard from bluesky so far. Solid melodic hooks. I like the way sometimes the off-kilter rhythm parts resolve for more steady choruses.

Yeah, it’s A LOT but I’m good for it. I’ve always been interested in what artists are up to, and it’s never been easier to click/stream/listen/learn.

I used to call them the most underrated band in the US.

Reminds me of when I read the wiki on her Hissing of Summer Lawns and how the critics panned it (nearly 50 years ago!) and became irrationally angry.
