And I met the publishing company that I work for as well, where I became Chief Marketing Officer.

Even if you start out as an unpaid volunteer, you will meet the right people eventually to work your way up to your goal!

I learned more than ever and then resigned from that company to start my own, starting more freelance work and setting up a marketing & PR company to focus on low budgets and help game developers new to the industry.

After that, I was promoted to Editorial Manager, where I led an Editorial Team of 60 content creators that made 200+ productions each month on games we'd playtest; they have since joined Game Taste and now work freelance for us.

From there, I was able to build connections, meet a marketing mentor, and secure a position as an OPS & Community Specialist, where I helped establish customer service for a playtesting application while also managing the community.

I haven't always worked in the creative sector or in marketing; at first I worked in IT in the harbor in my hometown.
I started out as a Discord moderator back in 2018 while I was starting my streaming career as the start of my gaming career.
