Yeah it is shallower than the pool on the theatre roof for a start. I mean; it’s not rocket science considering the rusted rebar; the plant growth and the pool shape bigger than the CU’s actual pool. must be a conspiracy to report those facts rather than blame the corrupt city… Mmh.

I suspected FDH might have messed up. They didn’t based on what I saw. I suspected HGH might have messed up. They didn’t, although their building doesn’t appear to have been built properly. I suspected the theatre might have been weaker than it should. Right on 1/3 counts. Missed that bit?
