A big spread of dishes. From top to bottom: Rice crackers, fried rice, gyoza, vegetable rolls. Three pizzas with big borders. Muhammara, hummus, baklava, falafel and pita. Arepas with sauces and various fillings, like black beans, avocado and tomato, also tequeños.

Fig leaf oil in a small jar, very intense green. In front of it, a toast slice with vegan cream cheese and some of the oil on top.
Smoked aubergine in strips with miso, sesame oil, vegan oyster sauce (mushroom concentrate) and sesame sprinkles. Bellow, tomato salad with vegan ricotta spread and chili oil, and a few small bowls of galician style aspargus. These are an interpretation of the traditional galician octopus, using white aspargus tips instead, decorated with nori flakes, extra virgin olive oil, vegan hollandaise sauce and smoked paprika.

CHURULETO! The best cat in the world. He is a year and a half, grey and with blue eyes. Sitting on the bed with a Blahaj plushie and my laptop
Vegan and gluten free tiramisu from homemade ladyfinger biscuit and cream. Also chocolate chip cookies on the back.
Chana masala (chickpea curry), baingan bharta (smoked eggplant mash with spices), gluten free naan with vegan cheese and butter, rice
Braised pak choi, marinated tempeh, stir fried shiitake and shimeji mushrooms, rice
this past month (and a half) was very intense! :yell: i started working at igalia (in open source projects!!!) :goose_hacker:, met a lot of cool people at the web engines hackfest :blobhaj_reach:, moved, cooked some tasty vegan food and... churuleto came home!!! […]

Chilaquiles de totopos caseiros con cebola crujiente e queixo crema vegano
Shawarma de setas ostra e apionabo con piña, empanadillas de plátano macho, escabeche de champiñons, cenoira e cebola
outro mes de comiditas vexetais ricas e moitas cousas :blobcatmmm:🌿 por fin volvo a ter enerxía a diario e estou mellor yippe :yell:

cabaza tikka masala, aloo tikki, arroz con verduras e naan de allo sen gluten
lasaña de setas, cabaza, allo confitado e soja texturizada con sofrito de tomate, bechamel de soja, e "ricotta" de anacardos
tarta de cenoira sen gluten con frosting vegano e noces
filletes de soja con salsa de setas fermentadas (era a primeira vez que a facía!) e shiitake, crema de patata e setas salteadas
as comidas máis chulis deste último mes :yell_reverse: #vegan 🌿
