Sur fond rouge, le titre KALANK GRÈVE ! 09 mars La section STJV de Kalank annonce à la direction que ses employé·es lanceront une grève le lundi 09 mars, et la reconduiront aussi longtemps qu'il le faudra. Cet ultimatum nous est apparu comme la seule solution face aux problèmes de l'entreprise, qui persistent alors qu'ils ont déjà été remontés à plusieurs reprises par le CSE et par les employés eux-mêmes. Nous déplorons des problèmes : De sous-effectifs menant à une surcharge de travail, en attestent plusieurs brun-outs en l'espace d'un an Des gestion de projets chaotique et décisions arbitraires au mépris des avertissements et de l'expertise des employés Une gestion irresponsable de nos droits salariaux avec des écarts de salaires injustifiés En bas de l'image, en blanc sur fond gris : Assez de mépris, il est temps d'écouter les salariés ! ✊ Grève à Kalank : le STJV dénonce des sous-effectifs, une dégradation de la santé des employé·es, un flou sur les avantages et des inégalités salariales. Il est grand temps que la direction prenne en compte les remontées du CSE et des employé·es !

A screenshot of the shop UI in our game, inspired by a grimoire; different plants can be chosen to decorate the island. A screenshot of the decoration feature: the camera can go higher than in “idle mode”; it’s easier to reach farther objects on the island. The floor has a grid pattern when we activate the decoration mode, so it gives guidance to the player. Objects also have a visual pattern underneath them, turning green if they can be placed or red if they can’t. A showcase of Spiriki in windowed mode. You keep enough space on your computer to focus on your task and keep on the spirits.

A screenshot of our game Spiriki: Tiny Island. The island is decorated with multiple 3D decoration items; in this diorama, we focus on creating a little festive scene with balloons, decorated fences, and a popcorn machine. The game shop, which looks like a magic grimoire, is showcasing the new nature items. Each one has a name, a price, and a lovely description.

Small and tall grass, flowers and clover patches... are now decoration items too!! Perfect to fill little blank spaces to keep a cozy overgrown feeling in your decorated areas! 🌿🍀🌼
