Hereβs some anti-inflammatory foods that can help make sitting all day at your desk less damaging.

In this segment, I referenced a recent study that found increased risk for health problems with sitting 6 hours or more per day.
Moving towards a diet that includes anti-inflammatory foods may mitigate risk.

Chia seeds + water. 1 tablespoon chia seeds + 1/3 cup water = 1 egg
Applesauce. 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce = 1 egg
