my friend gets to go home to his mother and sister in maryland because we all rallied for justice.

i hope other communities follow our lead and don't let illegal and/or morally wrong actions happen in their community.

i traded that in for organizing in general, and i am very happy i did.

without the time i've spent learning how to organize politically and locally, i would not have been able to help rally media attention for my friend and community member.

THE JUDGE RULED THAT LUD CAN BE RELEASE ON BOND! 🥰

I was in the courtroom and the judge said that it was obvious Lud had community support. We were like 20 people deep.

The fight to bring Lud home continues, but this is a good celebration point 😇

Was just told by @sharpiepls.com that the GFM is also helping with the travel needed to get Lud home!

The community is something so great, but omg fuck ICE for jerking human beings around state to state & then just spitting them out.

Imagine the unfortunate without this support & organization. 😞

There was a channel where people could send messages that were able to make their way to Lud in detention. They helped him during the uncertainty and discomfort, so the love makes a huge difference!! 💕💕💕

Ludovic is going to come home to thousands of people posting about how he is free and I think that's beautiful #FREELUD

BREAKING: WE DID IT!!! LUDOVIC IS COMING HOME!!!

The judge, clearly moved by 20 people turning up in person alongside 20 online, ruled entirely in Lud’s favor with low bond.

Update to come when he is home. The team is optimistic about his hearing in May.
