FBI foiled a 'potential terrorist attack' in Michigan planned for Halloween weekend, Director Kash Patel says Police in Dearborn, Michigan, said the FBI carried out an operation there Friday morning — although the bureau has not confirmed this was linked to Friday's arrests.
