I do, yes. That’s why the GOP is trying so hard to steal seats via off-cycle redistricting, purge voter rolls, etc. They’re fucking terrified that they’re going to get trounced in the midterms.

And they’re right.

According to polling, it’s already backfiring, at least politically.

The GOP isn’t going to stop them from doing what they’re doing, but they’re certainly going to pay for it come voting time.

Unless we’re going to go on a nationwide strike, voting is really our only reasonable way out of this.

I honestly don’t know how we stop this. Watching ICE fast rope in to residential areas like they’re some direct action operation to kill a high value target was fucking nuts.

Letting right-wing podcasters go on ICE raids is even more batshit crazy.

Nope. Not even for a second. I’m not going to let these assholes chase me out of my country - I care about it a lot more than they do.

Even if you support massive deportation operations, under no circumstances should ANYONE be ok with US citizens being forcibly removed from their homes and detained without explanation.

This is a clear violation of their constitutional rights and should universally condemned.

A friend who is a Republican and Human Resources Manager called me the as the E-Verify site was not working. I explained it was because of the government shutdown.

She voted for Trump twice, but now is changing her mind about him.
