Yeah! Also ”dosage” in general - balance rest/social/health in moderation - lying in bed a whole day isn’t resting, it is crashing.

Classic over achiever thing is also to try and ”win” recovery and optimise it. No counting steps, reading goals, get upset over sleep optimization etc!!!
