I see many people (mostly seniors though) collect bottles in Vienna too, with their huge bags. This is becoming an industry on its own. I know that there were many people (can call them professionals now) in Türkiye collect not only bottles but anything to be sold as scraps to recycling companies.

I regret to say, as a person who did business and science with Russian people before, that not only Russian authorities but also very Russian people tell lies and deny truths. Unfortunately this has become part of their culture.

Who cares what the orange-in-felony says! He keeps telling lies, makes up lies out of his fantasy, and then creates more and more. Most contradicts each other. Do not pay attention to this megalomaniac!
